Is this a certain dress maker? Wow, so the deposit doesn’t come off at the end? The alterations person our school uses says they are the worst made/quality dresses they sees being brought to them. In fairness, they all seem to have issues. We just got a new one and what was sent didn’t quite match the design and the measurements were too small in places with no let out.
