Facility Fee Exemption: Residents within a 100 mile radius of Orlando, Florida and military personnel are exempt from the facility fee and can obtain their free daily wristbands. Photo identification is required for each wristband issued. Active military personnel, or active duty service of a uniformed service, are individuals who work full-time for the military. Persons in the Reserve or National Guard are not full-time active duty military personnel.
