Subject: He frowned when she took away his smugness, his eyes following her. "He was treating you like any other girl here, Jocelyn." He explained to her, frowning as he reached around her and grabbed her coat check tag and tucking it into his pocket so he could try and keep her there a bit longer. "Hey! Come on, Joce, the guy was an ass, he deserved and it wasn't like I beat him up or anything." It had been barely a hit at all really, the guy was just a baby that was all there was to it. A low breath escaped his lips as he reached forward, touching her arm. "Joce...come on..." He murmured, his brow furrowed, suddenly looking like he was hurt that she was mad at him. He had just been sticking up for her dignity in his mind, he didn't want to degrade her just another bar trick when she was so much more that that. That guy didn't deserve to be touching her, that was for sure.
