Subject: She had emailed back and forth with Elise once or twice over the year but as she had asked for a ban on Adam related chat, she didn't even know if Elise still lived in the place. "Are you on your own or is Elise with you?" She really had drifted a long way from where she had been and who she had been in the year that she had been gone - gone were her dreams of fashion design, now she was much further into the idea of an English major - she wasn't sure what she would do with it but it was something to make her feel like she had a real purpose and that was the most important thing. She nodded a bit when he spoke of the school, the future, with the child - and she almost couldn't stand it, but let out a shakey breath instead of the scream she wanted to release.
