In todays litigious society, high liability items, like firearms, always need to be over engineered for intended purpose and common ammo. That means any hazard from even overpressure from an errant factory made cartridge. There is a safety factor for every chamber. So again, 00 is in effect no different than any other shotgun load.

I once called Germany to ask the overpressure specs of a certain tool, and the designer assured me that the particular tool in question could not be over pressured even if a +++P cartridge was hand loaded.
That is why I like anything German engineered.
