I don't care how much tech and manpower that is thrown at the world, never be enough.

Let me ask you, out of every five babies born in this world, how many of them will be recalcitrant enough to say the big FU to anybody. I'd bet 2-3 out of 5 babies are manageable enough but it is that other 2-3 that are not are just plain lurking dissidents.

Ain't enough resources even if the population was culled there will still be the same ratio of the eat my shorts crowd to the Yes sir! I'll take another bunch.
