Subject: My question is what is your notion of "reality"? highlighting notion.

What are notions? Notions are the way you believe something to be that may true in your mind but really isn't. So what are your notions of reality, how would you describe it? Is it even reality, experiencialy true as in prick me do I not bleed, however objective reality doesn't change ex post facto and this thing did. For example King James versions of the bible having been altered even including those in people's possession, this is a known Mandela Effect as well as many others, it doesn't stop with material alterations, even human physiology has also been altered. I call this thing the setting and it's what you've got as a Matrix construct in your temporary life. Strange but true.
