GoldenEggs, what you're doing is othering and scapegoating. Let's say Poof! all other this and that you blame are removed from this setting, what comes next is finding some other minute distinction as a basis to rail against, it's just the way these goddamned talking monkeys are. I had a point regarding discussing biological symmetry and I'm linking the point in the series which I watched long ago and is interesting and educative. If you watch from the first episode it is really a discussion of the biological aspect of consciousness.
