The Issue is that the Federal Government is Derelict in Enforcing Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution. The Court should be ruling that the States have the right to repel an invasion when the Federal Government is Derelict in performing that duty.

The Federal Government has no right to give Illegal Aliens any Status when they invade the country. They should have their biological data gathered, be automatically Deported never to be allowed in the United States again, bused back to the Border, and Shot if they return after being Deported.
