The following are phrases that Wes uses many times in his books. If I came across them without knowing who wrote them, I might guess that Wes was the author. 01) Gee, zow! 02) ... and that is that. 03) Oh, my, yes... Of course, I heard "Golly Gee!" a lot in Kentucky back in the 60s. BTW: I intentionally use "Jinkies!", from Velma of Scooby-Doo, much to the delight of my kids.

Many of Wes' female characters seem to GUSH when they talk.
