I just finished my first reading of this book. It may be the best one that Wes has written yet. It has an exciting plot with some of the best characters that he has created.

I agree, written with passion and verve. It also gives us knowledge and insight into characters who play a very minor role or are just mentioned in later stories. There are many but just to mention those in ch 1 there is Dan Everchski [Gill's father], Garth & Helga Maston [Carries parents] and Dr & Penny Luce [from Hiding Patty] and many more to come and of course Ryan, Brent & Raven in the framing story.
