Does anyone have a list of contestants for this year's Miss Chinese International Pageant? Or at least the cities of the delegates competing?

All I know so far is that Hong Kong, Toronto, Vancouver and Bangkok are represented ... who else? Montreal? Calgary? New York? LA? San Francisco? London? Johannesburg?
