Your question is a little confusing - are you saying your period started? Cramps and sore breasts can go along with a normal period - if indeed your period started, and it's "normal" for you (not just a little spotting that stops), then you are more than likely not pregnant.

What you need to keep in mind though, is that ANYTIME you have sex, you RISK pregnancy. From the tone of your post, I take it this is not something you are hoping and trying to accomplish.

Please reconsider being sexually active at this point in your life. There is so much more to life than sex, and why put your entire life at risk for that?

Have you had any serious discussions as to what you would do IF you did get pregnant?

Not only are you risking pregnancy, you are also risking STD's and heartbreak.

The only 100% effective b/c is abstinence.
