Hello all. I am in a tight spot and wondered if anyone had any ideas. I am just a couple of weeks pregnant and am planning on having an abortion. Obviously, time is an issue here in terms of raising the money for the procedure. My husband and I are both in college and money is extremely tight; does anyone know of any types of public or private funding that I might take advantage of to help pay for the prodecure? Thanks for any suggestions.

What's your due date? Sometimes if you miss period because of stress or gain/ loss of weight. Even worrying about being pregnant can delay or case a skipped period.

Have you done the research on the abortion? I do not know of any funding from any sources. I would encourage you to look at other options such as adoption.

Read through the posts on Post Abortion Board Post Abortion and Healing Support Board These ladies have been through an abortion. They can give in-sight on what to expect.

Here's a website with resources in your area-OptionLine

Let us know how you are doing. You probably have goals and a pregnancy wasn't part of that plan. Just make sure you know all the facts from both sides. Abortion is permenant, you can never go back.

Hugs,

Heather
