Cramping wouldn't really be considered "normal" - although I wouldn't say you need to worry immediatly. If you start spotting or bleeding though, you need to call your Dr. and tell them right away. You may also want to stay in bed for a few days and take it easy.

Make sure you are taking some good prenatal vitamins, eat right, and take good care of yourself.

You're fortunate to not have morning sickness - you are pretty early along though, so that may come later.

Don't be scared, relax and enjoy this time - your first appt. will be another pregnancy test and general information. The Dr. may do an internal exam, but may not - it depends on your history with th Dr. and all that. They'll also give you a due date.
