Secara teknikal dan prinsip, YA, tetapi realitinya TIDAK.

Ahli Parlimen yang ada majoritinya ADALAH MP BARISAN NASIONAL. Ketua BARISAN NASIONAL adalah PM, maka taatlah kamu kepada ulil amri kamu semua.

Mrk yang melanggar tatacara boleh dikenakan tindakan tatatertib, maka seperti yang berlaku kepada Timbalan Menteri MIC ttg isu Crimean Medical State University, adalah cnth kes melawan ulil amri (tidak smapai bughah tetapi ia masuk dalam budi bicara ulil amri ttg ketaatan ahlinya).
