Asallam allekom.My Question is .Is it harram for a man whose married to do the musterbation and even hes not married and after he does that can he prayer with out taking a shouer?

As Salaamu Alaikoum,

Praise be to Allah.

Allah says in the Quran the interpretation of the meaning,

"He it is Who created you from a single soul, and of the same did He make his spouse, that he might find comfort in her" (vii. 189)."

Allah also says, the interpretation of the meaning,

"They (your wives) are as a garment to you, and you are as a garment to them" (ii. 187).

Allah further says, the interpretation of the meaning,

"Your women are tilth for you, so go into your tilth as ye like, and provide beforehand for your souls, and fear Allah and know that you are going to meet Him" (iii. 223).

Thus there is no reason for a man who is married to masturbate with himself. He should fear Allah and take advantage of the bounties given unto him.

In regards to the second part of the question, the releasing of semen from the private parts (ie. ejaculation) requires the taking of a ghusl.
