As salaam alaikoem,
When a man is talking to a woman, ans she 's not his wife.
May he look into her eyes when talking to her (just normal talk, nothing wrong in mind). I'm became moslim this year, that's reason why so much questions. Thanks for all the answers you allready giving me.

As Salaamu Alaikoum,

Praise be to Allah.

First of all as one new to Islam you must realize that there is no mixing of women and men. You should limit talking to women who are not your wife to just business.

In regards to looking in a woman eyes, not just her eyes, it is it is haraam to look at a woman period because Allaah has commanded the believers to lower their gaze. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

�Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts)�

[al-Noor 24:30]

This was also enjoined by His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). It was narrated that Jareer said: I asked the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) about a sudden accidental glance. He said, �Avert your gaze.� Narrated by Abu Dawood, al-Nikaah, 1836; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, no. 1880.

Hence it is obligatory to follow the command of Allaah and His Messenger. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

�And let those who oppose the Messenger�s (Muhammad�s) commandment (i.e. his Sunnah legal ways, orders, acts of worship, statements) (among the sects) beware, lest some Fitnah (disbelief, trials, afflictions, earthquakes, killing, overpowered by a tyrant) should befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them�

[al-Noor 34:63]
