As salamu aliakum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
Respected scholar plz could u tell me how a muslim should react if he is being tortured both mentally and physically. What is that we should do for the zalims(transgressors)? should we hold patience? but if its beyond our patince then what? and what if the zalims are orphans bcoz there have been said many times abt orphans in the quran to be kind to them but what if they the orphans starts torturing and transgressing other muslims? Can we take necessary action against them or should we have patience even though they cross there limits in any manner?

�Verily, as for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): �In what (condition) were you?� They reply: �We were weak and oppressed on the earth.� They (angels) say: �Was not the earth of Allaah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?� Such men will find their abode in Hell � what an evil destination!�
