As salaam alaikoem, I did listen the tapes of 'zina', and have questions about? (1) When a man looks into a woman's eyes, speaking to her, and her walli is with them, is this zina? (2) Can a man say to her that she is beautiful, when a walli is with them, by asking her to marrige? (3) When a man or woman commits adultery, the punishe is dead, does that mean, that every good deed they do after never will be accepted, and that they whatever they do, go to hell, or should forgive Allah them when they stop doing the sine for ever, and ask forgiveness? In regards to your questions:

A man has the right to look at the face of the woman he intends to marry.

Yes a man can tell the woman he plans to marry that he thinks she is beautiful.

If a person is stoned to death for adultery only Allah knows whether or not he forgives them their pass sins or not. And only Allah knows what happens to their deeds.
