Asalama Aleikum WRB Brothers and Sisters,

My friend, the Manager of an informative Islamic site, informed me of this site. Firstly, I would like to thank all of you who help make such a site as this possible. May Allah (swt) reward all of you.

Recently, by the Grace of Allah (swt) my long-time immigration problem has been given some positive action. One can say about step 1 out of 3 have been taken. I am more than grateful for what has been done and InshaAllah what will be done in the future. What I wanted to know was that because of such a blessed occurance in me and my family's life I wish to thank Allah (swt) or offer something extra. I am afraid I am not wording this correctly, but I hope that you do understand what my motive is here. So dear brothers and sisters, please enlighten me on what I and my family can do. So far, I have been informed of performing extra Nafil prayers in my Salaah. I get this confused with the Nafil salaahs that are already for each namaaz, that is if we choose to do them or not. In any case, whatever advice you have to offer will be greatly appreciated.
