Nah, I think you're a little harsh here. NG, just like every other company, is in business to make money. That means they have to sell products and services and be profitable at some point, or they're history.

Yes, they do have good marketing -- but they also have good products and services. Their "hype" level isn't really that much different from just about every other company in the golf business.

The funniest thing about all of this is how quickly the discussion has progressed from "hey look at the ads for the new clubs" to "this company is just hype" (obviously paraphrased), and yet none of us has hit the clubs or really knows their details!! Now I see how the big runs on the banks started in the Great Depression... ;-)

Let's wait until we get some first hand experience reports before we sink the NG Corp ship.
