Getting to timeline issues, didn't Scully say she found the rubbings/spaceship *two* years ago? Are the writers now making up for her 13 month pregnancy? Hmm, 2 years, from S6/S7, a few months till, uh, *conception*, 9 months + S9...yeah, 2 years is about right.

Yes, it certainly looks as thought we may get some loose ends tied up. Good ep! Loved the Maggie scenes.
