Think Smith and Maggs have done very little with the squad they have assembled this season, our situation shows that. On paper we are a top 8 team. I'll stick my kneck out and suggest Smith hasn't been fired because it would cost the club contractual money they don't have. As a club we still sit on a pile of cash from the Reddings sale, and I applaud the Directors for not raiding that too heftily from what we are told, although some must have hemorrhaged as gates and sponsorship are pretty poor.
