How dare people waste time on here voicing valid concerns about the fact that despite having assembled the strongest squad we've had for some years we're in the relegtaion pool for the 2nd year running.
As to the timing it seems it's never the right time to raise any legitimate concerns as far as some people are concerned.
Can't mention it at the start of the season; it's too early to judge, can't mention it mid season; it'll demoralise the team, can't mention it now; we should all be behiond the team (which we are actually - it's just some of don't have our heads in the sand or our own orifices) no point mentioning it post season; it's too late to do anything.
The club need to be (and I'm sure are) planning now for next season - because of the evident failure to gain any consistency of performance this season (again) those plans have to cover 2 very different scenarios - I have to say I sincerely hope the current coaching team do not figure in either. All good things come to an end and in the case of Smith's reign did happened some time ago - at Twickenham to be precise!

Guys, if you read the message boards of the likes of Roth, Bristol and Plymouth, you'll find similar threads to this one.
The common denominator? - all semi-pro teams trying to compete against clubs who can afford to be fully pro, or can't, but choose to be anyway.

Let's give some credit to our players and coaches for having managed to stay in this league for so long when at least half the teams they've been up against have been much better financed than us.

Well put RnB. The AGM is probably the best place to raise such concerns. Just get behind the team for the rest of the season.
