We have just come back from holiday and they were refitting AptF903 and we are owners of that apt Wk 53,1 & 2 so it is not only points that are being done. Also every apt that we say had the new blue sofa's

I WAS JUST TRYING TO POINT OUT THAT BOTH TYPES USE THE SAME APPARTMENTS AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF YEAR SO ITS BOTH WHO GET THE REFURBISHED IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE FIXED WEEKS IN ANY OF THEM I AM NOT NEITHER OF OUR APPARTMENTS ARE DONE YET.

Hopefully Peter, the number of apartments upgraded will be greater as I posted this info back in February and they said they were continuing at a arate of about 2 a week.

READ THE AGM MINUTES FROM THIS YEAR,2006, ON CLC WEB PAGE. I WAS AT THE MEETING AND UP TO THAT POINT JUNE 24 ONLY 70 HAD BEEN REFURBISHED ( GRATE PROGRESS FROM FEBUARY, NOT). IT WAS MINUTED THAT BY THE END OF THE YEAR 90 WOULD HOPEFULLY BE COMPLETED. I ASKED THE QUESTION TO THE CHAIRMAN WHICH HASN'T BEEN MINUTED IF NOW ALL FUTURE REFURB COSTS ARE BUILT INTO THE MANAGEMENT FEES, SO NO MORE ONE OFF'S WOULD BE CHARGED. IT WAS COMFIRMED THAT THIS WAS THE CASE & THAT THE REFURB COSTS WHERE NOW BUILT IN.
