We got ripped off by a company offering to sell our timeshare, so we won't part with money up front again.

We have just been approached by Palm Tree Leisure to buy our timeshare and when they described the process, they referred to a bond of (I think) 950 euros. I explained our previous problems and asked if it could all be done through our solicitor. They apparently had no problems with that.

I'm hopefully going to talk to our solicitor this afternoon, before PTL ring back this evening for solicitor's details.

Not surprisingly, PTL never got back to us. I suspect the idea of dealing with solicitors scared them off.
