Well said Dave.

I think we have four options:

1> Ask CLC for a list of owners - not likely but still worth a try.
2> Ask CLC for details of the committee reps details - then contact them for support
3> Ask on this website for members to write to CLC for a special meeting or collect names and then submit to CLC
4> Use the www.clcmembers.co.uk website for the same thing

Dave

You've come to the same conclusion as me about CLC's bullying tactics. As I said in my reply (12/11/04) to one of your earlier posts, CLC are making it up as they go along. My membership of CLC fixed weeks dates from July 2003 and they sent me the original constitution with their own cover on. No surcharges mentioned and the only penalty being loss of use of the apartment UNTIL the maintenance charge is paid. Not permanent confiscation.

I agree with the opinions of a number of other members that CLC are trying to squeeze out fixed week owners and have CLC Points only resorts. The worst thing that can happen is for owners to just give up their weeks. CLC win hands down.

Not a happy situation.
Ray
