Watching him go for his nasal bone, he pulls back but still Dog Soldier's teeth connected, and sliced his nostril skin. Whinnying in anger and slight pain, his eyes look slightly more angry. O.k then. Let the games begin. He too tucks his head in, to protect his throat, and then gallops up toward Dog Soldier. Right before the two would collide, he turns quickly and kicks out with his back hooves, one facing toward Dog Soldier's rump and one facing toward his flank.*
