Fear of death or pain? Such fear I have not. Or do you try to frighten me with your mind-speech? That shall not scare me either. My younger siblings have tested and tormented me for three years with such powers, and you think I am not accustomed to it? Dial was shaken violently, pallid tassels tumbling around his visage, spitting to make room for his brilliantly gleaming horn. Raven wings were folded to his equally painted hide, blending to make them almost invisible. As for fear of death or pain...If I try my hardest and death is the only reward, I shall take it and set my soul free. Pain will only help me to fight harder, giving me strength to retaliate. His voice was proud, sounding much like his father, the King of the Mythical lights. He must be cautious though, for this Dark had powers which may allow her to read his thoughts, so he must be very careful.
