Russet beauty strode into the terra, sleek hide shining burnished mahaghany, dark, bright eyes so normally expressive now hooded and mysterious, hiding all emotion from the onlooker. Raven streams whirl and flow, waving and rippling like a midnight waterfall of silken strands on her elegantly wrought crest. Her gaze lighted on a chestnut stallion she knew well, and she moved toward him and the small congregation swiftly, eyeing the ebony brute without expression, though she knew at once he was not of the Lights. Catching sight of the mare, she nodded cordially, all arguments forgotten for the moment, as she knew all must unite together to defeat the evil. Her golden trumpets rang clear and with husky maturity from her being, ~Hello,~ she said simply, not for lack of a better greeting, but because she felt no need for a better one.
