She thinks for a moment, searching her mind for something to talk about, and finally settling on something. "So, what land do you come to Cascade Mountains from?" She knew better than to ask him much else about his past. She had yet to find one whose past matched her own as far as complications, pain, and heartbreak went. If there was one word she could use to describe herself, it would be "depression". Her past could send chills down the spine of almost any, and her positive attitude came with great effort. Don't be a downer. You know you have friends. You know they care about you.
