They have changed their rating system so that if a buyer does not pay there is nothig negative you can do to mark their account. Every time I sell on EBay and get burned I say I won't sell again but where else can you get that kind of traffic? Definitely complain to Ebay, I have. So now on all my auctions I cancel bids of those with zero feedback who do not email me prior to bidding. If they email and I get a good vibe from them I will accept the bid, but if they don't then I put them on my blocked buyers list.
