Hello Ben,
I do know what you are going through and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I'm Brandy by the way and I am 24.
My mother was just diagnosed with cancer less than a month ago. The type of cancer she has has spread to other parts of her body and she is unable to care for herself.(She is only 43 years old.) So I quit my job to move back in with my parents to take care of her.
You might want to check out some support groups in your area. I know that they have some really great ones here in Central Ohio. Have you done research on the type of cancer that your dad has? You can go to www.cancer.gov and get loads of information.
