Illinois Pageants - THE GOOD ADVICE BOARD
Post questions and give advice about pageants in Illinois and surrounding states. No bashing of children! Watch the profanity. We just want the truth about which pageants, coaches, photographers and other pageant vendors are good and which ones we need to stay clear of and why. Ads may be posted or returned ttt once every week. Only post ads for pageants, etc.in IL,MO,IN,WI,KY. NO photo contest ads unless prizes include fees off of a pageant in IL and surrounding states. Circle City Pageants will be in Evansville, IN GO PINK pageant! October 2st Evansville, IN celebrating National Breast Cancer Awareness Month we are lighting up in pink for the Oct 2nd Evansville, IN Pageant!

Theme wear will be PINK to help spread awareness and get people talking about NBCAM.

We have soo many new exciting fun things for 2012, but they are surprises so you have to be there to find out!
Each child receives: Lucky Duck at hotel check in, bring this duck to crowning sunday and you might win a cruise, laptop, and more. Your child gets an autograph sash at pageant registration. During the day, visit Stuff Happens and make a new friend. Make your own pixie stick too. Enjoy your boxed lunch made specially for you by our royalty. Sat. night all contestants are invitied to our ice cream social. (Be sure to wear your autograph sash and make some new friends)And at crowning, every child receives a jacket, award patches and crown!
We might not be the biggest pageant but it is one the kids love!

Sponsor tickets are usually just $1/ticket. You can do bake sales, car washes, or whatever to raise it and each dollar counts as one. You can also just ask friends or businesses or whatever to sponsor for a certain amount ($10, etc) and it goes faster that way. (NT) -- Anonymous, 12:04:39 09/18/11 Sun Thank you. Kind of ridiculous I know, but dd wants one of the huge ones and they seem to be given out for this and not as grand supreme prizes. :( We have raised for charity only in the past and still had little to no luck. Asking them to be nice once in a while and come to an area that is known to pull low numbers and only a handful of people are voting for that location is just impractical if you think of it. I love steak n shake and would love one in my town however I realize we don't have a high enough population to support thirty operating costs so as much as it stinks I have to travel to another town to eat one. So now let's all go back to giving good advice!

We are modeling and talent agency that books these promotional events nationwide. The girls are asked to greet event attendees, smile, and promote the Coca Cola brand with a positive image and attitude! For some events, the client will have interactive simulators set up or free samples. Attire is generally black or khaki bottoms and a shirt is provided. Suggestions? I talked about going north but it just seems like I wouldn't have pulled the numbers for it? I'd be more than happy to head up there if I knew I could have a successful pageant there. There are not enough glitz kids, not enough parents who will pay for it, and few who know how to judge it. If you want to do glitz, you have to go to Louisville. (NT) -- Anonymous, 16:55:22 09/07/11 Wed We live up North and personally I hate the drive to central IL because there is nothing but cornfields and I swear there is always a huge storm and nowhere to go on the way down or back. I think we are spoiled up here because everything is within a mile or 2 and almost everything is open 24 hours. Don't get me wrong the traffic will make you want to pull your hair out and farms are a rare and excitable site but we hate to have long drives. We are only an hour from Chicago and no one here ever wants to go due to the long drive and traffic. If we have to go we take the train.
