Where does her girlfriend live? Why can't she live with her? Renovations can take 6 months or more. I know you're sick of hearing this but she is no longer your responsibility. Set a date....give her two weeks. That's plenty of time to pack. She has no legal right to be there and you have no obligation to house her. please, for your sanity, get her out. Her staying there is beyond manipulative, in fact, I have no words, I can't even put into words how wrong it is. But why are you letting her?
