I wasn't sure if I was "allowed" to name names here, but you read through the lines ;) I suppose there are not that many super well known professionals in the field.

Carmeron, you are also correct- I know for a fact I am not desired. I've flat been told so on more than one occasion over the course of several years. The confusion comes from the flip-flop. "Just because I'm not attracted to you does not mean I do not desire you." "There are many types of desire/attraction." "You are my wife, my best friend, I love you." "I do find you attractive." "I don't find you attractive." "It's natural and normal for people in long term relationships to wax and wan." The mixed messages, in combination with non-medical male anatomic malfunctioning issues is what gives me that "gut" instinct.

I have a deep need to know the facts, for certain. That is the big hang up. Plus, I don't hate my spouse, I've no desire to villainize him. . . And I hate being wrong . . . Crap, I wish there was an easier way to go about this.
