To further clarify, this particular fuse is only on a circuit with the the rear brake stop lights. The fuse never blows when I press on the brake peddle. It only seems to blow when the horn button is pressed.

Before the fuse began to blow, about a 2 weeks before, the horn was starting to sound bad - loud and then proceeded to a faint sound (when horn button was pressed).

If the horn is dying (or dead), will the fuse be blown automatically? Also, if the horn is shorting out when pushed, does this usually indicate a faulty clockspring or could it be anything else? Maybe I should replace the horn first?

As usual, thanks much for your help Glen!
