Subject: Something I Have Been Thinking About

What do you think would happen to the current political climate if GWB said that we were going to change our policy and bring our troops home and consentrate on domestic issues...AND only use our troops for humanitarian aid and to defend our homeland on our own turf. Do you think that it would improve things...no more attacks on US interests, a better view in the world and so on, or do you think that the non US Gadiantons would seize the opportunity to create mischief. I have thought about this a lot and wonder your opinions.
