'Like a child with his father's gun,' to use the expression. Scientists (Geneticists in particular) are like big kids with toys. Only the 'toys' are not toys & are not meant to be 'toyed' with. How long will these 'mad scintists' delude themselves? They go around justifying their experiments (playing) by saying: 'We have to do this, it might be beneficial someday. We'll be able to save the world!' I highly doubt that. So while they're having fun playing 'superhuman', we guinea pigs have to suffer the consequences of their folly. How lovely is that?

They jumpt to conclusions all the time. Scietists are oten guilty of attempting to predict the future as if their job was to be a psychic as well!
