lurk on this, slappy.......i have no idea what that means...

anywho...i really haven't made a judgement call as to if i'll like the new system or not...so with that in mind...my initial thoughts on the restructuring of the schedule.

initially my concern would be the tracks in those last 10 races. seems to me the last 10 races should be at tracks they haven't been to before during the season. that being said, how can bristol not be in the 'chase for the championship'. also, i would like to see a road course make its way into this 'post season'. i know not everyone is big on road courses, but i think it adds an extra driving element.

as for how this affects the league, we can keep it the same. they are still using the same point system in the last 10 races. the league is structured around the actual race points. only problem with that is i'll get tons of questions that leading a lap and most laps lead haven't been added to that 190 score. took forever for some folks to accept that those points were already added in.

if anyone has any bright ideas on how this restructure can be incorporated into the league let me know.
