However...in all fairness I am at that point in my cycle when I usually not only can't lose anything but sometimes gain (even if only water)...so I am patting myself consolingly on the shoulder for sympathy/encouragement and patting myslef on the back for the fact that this is actual, real, ohmygoddessfinaly, PROGRESS....a full lb and a half further progess than I have been able to pull off since mid-february. My leg is doing much better and I am game to try walking and getting back to some form of careful excercise as I am able. Sapphire, both you an my husband kept telling me that things would get better by spring. Thank you so much for your encouragement.
