OK that link that was posted in the magazine will take you to the message board. I had a little trouble finding my way around to the posts that have the specific info on the wendie plan. But here is the direct link for the "wendi plan in a nutshell" which is under a secion of the site called "the public library";

I am going to spend some time exploring the various posts and info and trying to figure out what things to implement into my own routine. I have a big question mark about how excercise fits into all this. From what I can gather, it is best to not do heavy excercise on your really low points days. There is also a direct link to a points calculator on in the posts on the public library section.
