Hey there, I went to the link that you posted. You know, this Wendie plan sounds very reasonable to me. I've shared it with a few of my friends who have done the Weight Watcher thing also. And it really does make sense. I know I personally have had a hard time on the WW program because if I start on say...Sunday...by Wednesday or Thursday I'm feeling deprived and starved and end up cheating. With this Wendie program I can make one of those days my very high points day and possibly satisfy any cravings I may have. I'm really interested in giving it a try. Now whether or not I can really commit to something like this is another thing. I HAVE been doing my exericse tape that I posted about. I'm up to about 2 to 2 1/2 miles now. I haven't noticed that I'm losing any weight to speak of yet but I'm feeling like I'm getting some good muscle tone. Just the fact that I can make it to the 2 1/2 mile mark says something since when I started this I could barely make it to ONE mile! Hopefully by next week sometime I'll be able to make it to the 3 mile mark!! Whoo-hoo!

I'm curious to know if you (Dreemy) have incorporated the Wendie program into your routine and how you're doing at it. Or anyone else out there who's trying it.
