It's almost a regular pizza (though mostly with mozzarella and less tomato sauce) accompanied by sliced chicken on top that's been cooked like buffalo wing chicken. Some pizza people, including this particular place we go to, also sprinkle the pizza with crumbled blue cheese.

I know it sounds a bit weird, but boy, is it good.

After the stuffed cabbage we had at Julian's, I'm thinkin' I gotta make some of my own. I didn't get to it this weekend; I opted for my grandmother's chicken soup recipe instead. (It must have had something to do with this frigid weather.) I'm also thinkin' I ain't had many kolackis lately, so I may have to make some of those soon, too.

And now I'm thinkin', Polish and Weight Watchers ain't a good fit.

That compote drink...You know, there's probably a reason we've never heard of it. I don't think it's all that common. I think I know why, too.
