She IS parenting w/out supervision, and has proven she's stable and sought medical attention. Ask your lawyer uncle, cousin, whatever how difficult it is to remove a child from the biological mother's custody without proof of abuse or neglect. Rarely---very rarely happens. It has to be an extreme case--it took my bro-in-law 4 yrs to get his son from the mother--and that was after about 8 arrests for drugs, neglect,accusations of child molestation, and domestic violence spread over 7 years. And she still gets to keep him 3 mths out of the year!! Don't worry Chel, you know the deal.
