As one would expect, "Rev" Jack Howell Has No Financial Accountability and is NOT a member of Evangelical Council For Financial Accountability, or anything requiring that he submit to a STANDARD & OVERSIGHT!

Respected bodies that require STANDARDS of their members, would never accept a self appointed "bishop" with a post office box that runs his "church" out of his parent's home.

REVEREND IS A FRAUD WITH NO CHURCH. HIS "MINISTRY" IS A FRAUD THAT ASKS FOR MONEY AND WON"T ACCOUNT FOR IT. IS IT GOING TO MOM AND DAD? WHERE IS IT GOING?

They suggest before giving anyone money that you make sure their ministries' standards and guidelines assure you of a rights as a contributor.

Persons giving money to Jack Howell have the right to:

Know how the funds of his group are being spent.

Know what specific programs you are supporting, and what Jack expects to accomplish with your contribution. He just thinks he can ask for money and do what JACK decides to do with it.

Those giving money to him should expect to shown that Jackal's "ministry" is in compliance with federal, state, and municipal laws. He says it is. Can he prove it?

Those giving money to him should EXPECT a response to your inquiries about finances and programs especially if he is requesting money. Not have him turn on a dime and THREATEN YOU AS A "COUNTERFEIT Christian bla, bla, bla!" That dog don't hunt!

Consider that a man who appoints himself a minister (with multiple titles) who has no church, uses a post office box address, carries dog food/or feeds fish(?), for a living, is 46 years old and STILL resides with his parents.....taint exactly what one would expect to be a shining example of a very financially RESPONSIBLE man. ......But, that is just a guess. LOL!

Many experts recommend that you visit the office and program sites of an organization also to talk personally with the staff. Jack has no staff, office, church! NO MINISTRY.....IT's A FRAUD!!!!! SMOKE & MIRRORS. SHOWTIME! PLASTIC BANANAS!!!! Jingle. Jingle. Jingle.

You should be aware that the organization is well managed.
All Jack can do is threaten anyone who would expose and oppose him. That is NOT the sign of a "ministry" with nothing to hide, folks!

You should check to make sure that there is a responsible governing board and know who those board members are and how to contact them.

You should be able to prove that all appeals for funds are truthful and accurate. Jack lied about that already and attempted to dance SAK and Sola around until he was caught by them and Tamarisk.

Legitimate GOOD MINISTRIES ARE MORE THAN WILLINGLY ANSWER TOUGH QUESTIONS. THEY DO NOT TURN THE TABLES AND ATTACK THOSE WITH LIGITIMATE QUESTIONS. IS THAT TRUE OF JACK? DOES HE OFFER A FINANCIAL STATEMENT DONE BE AN INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANTING FIRM???? NO? BEWARE!

Before you give to any ministry, like PHFFFFT, in Moore OK, ask these questions.

Is Jackals willing to supply your questions with the answers.

WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF JACK HOWELL?

Does his ministry have a clear and strong commitment to a specific project? NO?

Does Jack have an independent board accept responsibility for finances and oversee their distribution?

Are the financial records made public and audited annually by certified public accountants?

Does PFAI practice full disclosure? BIG RED FLAG!

Will PFAI offer a copy of the audited financial statements to anyone who makes a request?

How does PFAI avoid conflicts of interest? How do we know that the guy that crowned him bishop one day, isn't the same one watching the kitty?

What are Jack's guidelines and standards for donations?

Does he have in place a review procedure to assure compliance with fund-raising standards and guidelines?

LOOKS LIKE OLD JACK IS A FRAUD!!!!

BEWARE!!!!

HE HAS ALREADY LIED AND SAID IT WAS A PRIVATE REQUEST FOR FUNDS FROM "MEMBERS", BUT ANYONE CAN READ THAT HE REQUESTED MONEY FROM MEMBERS AND ALL WHO WOULD SEND MONEY.

HE'S A LIAR & FRAUD. JACK IS A WOLF TRYING TO PULL A FAST ONE.
