Out of curiosity What's the name of the Video?

My two cents on this subject:

1-A true spiritual teacher will never sell secret and holy spiritual techniques to the masses.

2-Practice of higher Pranayama techniques without spiritual guidance of a jivamukti, it can get you in trouble.
