 one problem is transport and cost. Cardiff for example have just had our union budget cut by 2/3rds, the offbeat team couldn't afford a seperate coach for the next day, and sharing the coach on the same day saves both sides money. Putting judges up overnight, or even getting judges who don't work for two days at the weekend may be difficult and expensive.
