 If we'd thought about it a few months ago, I could have actually submitted a proposal for it to the EU 6th framework. It's a better idea than half the things we submitted proposals for here at work!
Anyway, it sounds like a great idea. Now who has the time????? Certainly not me, though I'd love to do it!
Does anyone know what actually is currently out there? All I know about is Scrutelle.
